Every session is built like a real match. Two blocks of 45 minutes, split by a 15 minute half time reset, with added time randomised so you find yourself pushing past the whistle far more often than not.

Intensities are generated from real positional data harvested across the elite men's and women's game, so the bursts, lulls and recovery windows mirror what your position actually faces on the pitch.

No two sessions are identical. Walk, jog, run and sprint intervals are seeded fresh each time, calibrated to your position's per 90 distance, sprint count and intensity curve.

Five scenarios.
One job:
train them all.

Every game you play is one of five tactical shapes, and your body is asked to do something completely different in each. Park the Bus is walk, sprint, jog, walk. Gegenpress is sprint, sprint, sprint, breathe. Same position, same 90 minutes. Totally different shift.

That's why 90+ ships five scenarios x nine positions = 45 sessions. Each one mirrors a real tactical state your manager might pick on a Saturday, calibrated to your role. Train them all, and you stop getting blindsided when the team sheet changes.

  1. Scenario 01

    Park the Bus

    Backs-to-the-wall defending. Long walking phases broken by violent reactive sprints when the line finally cracks.

    Defensive Rock

    Low intensity. Walk-heavy. Few short sprints, concentrated in the final 20%.

    Marauding Wing-back

    Low intensity. Walk-heavy. Low sprint count, short sprints only.

  2. Scenario 02

    Counter-Attack

    Sit, soak pressure, then explode the other way. Long isolated sprints with full walking recoveries. One of the hardest shifts in football.

    Touchline Wizard

    Medium intensity. Walk-heavy, with long isolated sprints and walk recoveries.

    Midfield General

    Medium intensity. Walk-heavy, with a high sprint concentration in the final 25%.

  3. Scenario 03

    Total Football

    Everyone defends, everyone attacks. Constant medium-pace running with sprints spread evenly across all 90. No hiding place, ever.

    Box-to-Box Powerhouse

    High intensity. Constant running, medium sprints, even spread, jog recoveries.

    Defensive Rock

    Medium intensity. Even pace mix. Short sprints spread evenly with jog recoveries.

  4. Scenario 04

    Tiki-Taka

    Possession-led, jog-dominant. Fewer sprints, shorter and reactive. The legs stay fresh but the brain never does.

    Midfield General

    Lowest intensity. Jog-dominant. Very few short sprints.

    Marauding Wing-back

    Medium intensity. Jog-heavy. Fewer, shorter sprints, evenly spread.

  5. Scenario 05

    Gegenpress

    Win it back inside six seconds. The highest sprint counts in the game, clustered in pairs, with only jog recoveries between them.

    Very high intensity. Highest sprint count, clustered short sprints, jog recoveries.

    Box-to-Box Powerhouse

    Highest intensity. High sprint count in pairs, no rest between, jog recoveries.
